Zachau Construction has been building quality projects and relationships in Maine for over 40 years. We are a family owned commercial construction company built on the enduring values of honesty, quality, and hard work. In the last 15 years, Zachau Construction has successfully completed 250 contracts with average annual sales of 15 million. As a testimony of our dedication to long term relationships and quality work, we have never had any litigation with anyone - owners, architects or subcontractors. We provide Construction Management, Design/Build, and traditional General Contracting services to our clients. Integral to our success is our core field people, many who have been with us for over 20 years. We are a financially strong company and have long standing relationships with our bank and bonding companies. Our projects range in size and include modest office fit-ups to large scale multi-family housing complexes and commercial buildings.
