Michael PAckard
SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT

Mike graduated from Greely High School where he attended Vocational school for carpentry.  He has been with Zachua Construction for 40 years.  He has been an instrumental employee for both residential and commercial projects over the years building strong relationships with homeowners, project managers and sub-contractors. Mike is known for his attention to detail and his dedication to the projects he has worked on. Mike has been a key factor for the following jobs; the Thomas Memorial Library in Cape Elizabeth, The Pennell Institute in Gray, Patrons Oxford Insurance in Portland and The Rieche home.  Mike lives in North Yarmouth with his wife Teisha and enjoys his family.
