This 26 unit luxury condominium complex was designed incorporating smart growth guidelines in Freeport, Maine. Multiple floor plans and customized options were established during the pre-construction process. This allowed the developer to provide the high level of customization required by the target market. The development provided pedestrian access to public sidewalks, walking trails and a community garden.
