As a repeat customer, Montalvo negotiated a fixed price contract with Zachau for construction of their 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters. Zachau Construction self-performed all concrete formwork, rough and finish carpentry, painting and installations.
