Acting as General Contractor, Zachau Construction built 18 housing units and a community building for Community Concepts of South Paris, Maine. Zachau Construction self-performed all concrete formwork, rough and finish carpentry, painting and installations. Zachau Construction has worked on many affordable housing projects including work with the Brunswick Naval Base and Maine State Housing.
