Our most recent CM engagement is the Pennell Institute in Gray, Maine. It is an exciting renovation of a historical landmark. The Institute once served as the high school and elementary school for Gray residents. The building will be renovated to serve as the New Town Hall. Special consideration will be given to incorporating the late 1950's addition into the original building, proper masonry reconditioning, and the selection of historically compatible windows.
