This was an exciting project that encompassed exterior renovations, complete demolition, redesign and rebuilding of the existing 7,000 sq. ft facility. The project was uniquely designed to afford intimate public space while also providing the appropriate areas for students to perform their work. The facility includes a photography room, dark room, recording room, open gallery, library and numerous personal offices. It truly is a great environment for learning and sharing information. Zachau Construction acted as general contractor and self performed demolition, framing, interior carpentry, specialty installations, and painting.Nominated: IIDA Interior Design Award-SMRT
