This General Contractor project was awarded to Zachau Construction through a select bid process. The scope of the project was the historical preservation of the building's seven story exterior. This preservation involved complete masonry preservation and the replacement of windows. Special consideration was given to scheduling of subcontractors to allow for completion of windows and masonry work without duplicating scaffolding set ups.
