Cedar Bend Condos is an affordable housing development located on a 30-acre site along Butler Road in Boothbay, Maine. Led by Boothbay Region Development Corporation (BRDC), the project aims to address the growing need for workforce housing in the region by creating affordable homeownership opportunities for local residents.

The development is being completed in phases, beginning with land acquisition and the extension of water and sewer infrastructure. The current phase includes the construction of 20 condominium townhomes designed for households earning up to 120% of the Area Median Income.

Future phases may include additional townhomes, apartments, and single-family homes, creating a variety of housing options for Boothbay’s workforce. The project represents an important investment in the community, helping local workers find affordable housing close to where they work.
