ASSISTANT Pre-Construction & Estimating Manager

Jared is the Assistant Preconstruction and Estimating Manager at Zachau Construction. He graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Business Management. Jared brings experience in quantity takeoffs, budget development, and project planning, working closely with the preconstruction team to develop accurate estimates and coordinate project budgets. His attention to detail, strong communication skills, and collaborative approach help ensure each project is well-planned from the start. Outside of work, Jared enjoys hiking, snowboarding, spending time along the Maine coast, and playing guitar.
