Zachau has maintained a consistently high standard of service to its clients throughout its 52-year history for projects of every size and scope. Our tradition of delivering on-time and on-budget is realized while maintaining the flexibility needed to meet all safety and programming objectives.
In our 52 year history, we have never been the subject of any litigation with anyone (clients, subcontractors, consultants or employees).
We believe our history of NEVER being the subject of any legal action reflects the exceptional standards we set for our work.
Our history, experience, and longevity of working together will make us a valuable asset in this very important process. Ultimately, we see our role as Construction Manager as one of working for the Owner’s interest. We will support the project team in budgeting, scheduling, permitting and establishing the GMP. We will offer input in design and research value engineering opportunities. We will work collaboratively with the project team and the project partners, administer the project requirements, and help the Owner reach decisions that will provide them with the best project for the best value.
