When an industry leader in software solutions that empower more than 14,000 government offices and schools needed to expand to add 500 new employees to its workforce, it required a proven team of construction management professionals to meet its needs. Zachau oversaw all phases of the $20M project—a 95,000 square foot expansion of Tyler Technologies’ corporate headquarters. Zachau assisted with all local and state permitting to keep all phases of construction on schedule. Work began with the selection of the project’s design team and continued through project completion, including installation of significant upgrades to existing mechanical and electrical systems. Zachau’s help with this expansion will provide the workspaces and technological infrastructure that allow Tyler to keep pace with its clients’ future needs.
