Tim is the Director of Preconstruction at Zachau Construction, bringing extensive experience in managing complex construction projects. A Greater Portland native and Bowdoin College graduate, he has a strong background in project management, planning, coordination, and estimating. His experience working from both the construction and owner perspectives allows him to identify potential risks, navigate project challenges, and develop effective preconstruction strategies. Tim brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to his work, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the construction process.
